Sal's Forum Newspaper - October 2007 - Letter from the Editor
As you may have noticed by the name at the bottom of this message, we’ve had a bit of a change on the Newspaper team. As much as we were unable to convince him to do otherwise, Goliath Gob has regretfully stepped down as Editor of the paper, leaving me to fill his shoes. I’d like to commemorate him for all the hard work he put in during these past issues, and I hope your groans weren’t too loud upon hearing this news!
Nonetheless, business is business, and have we got a fantastic new issue for you! In light of the recent holiday of Halloween (or... not-so-recent), we’ve got a few less than spooky things for you to check out, including our first ever mystery. We apologize for the time lag between Halloween and now, and those pesky little gremlins are to blame. But don't worry, it's all under control now. Also, the Sal’s RuneScape Forums are now officially two years old! Do you see what I’m doing? If I use a lot of exclamation points it makes it look much more exciting! Perhaps we should replace every period of every article with an exclamation point? I'm sure that’ll be something for you all to consider as you crack open this Eighth Edition of the Sal’s Realm Newspaper! Drinks all around for the amazing efforts we've seen by the entire staff. This Issue at a Glance
This issue we have something new for the Riddles, Puzzles and Jokes section of the newspaper. Natus Lumen had written a mysterious and puzzling Murder Mystery that will keep you thinking. Identify the murderer and then PM Natus Lumen to see if you are correct!
We also have an interview by Red with Rezolution_X who was once a graphics moderator. He talks about the history of Sal's forums, his real life, art, graphics and many other topics. Check the interview out at the graphics section.
